What BOYOGO offers
BOYOGO brings together personalized products for pets, weddings, homes, anniversaries, memorials, birthdays, and seasonal gifting. Different products use different materials and production methods. A custom ceramic figurine, tufted rug, embroidered portrait, engraved wooden box, printed item, and personalized necklace cannot follow one identical workflow or production schedule.

How the customization process works
- Choose a product and options. Review the materials, dimensions, variations, production notes, and required personalization on the product page.
- Submit accurate details. Enter names, dates, colors, wording, and other instructions exactly as they should appear. Upload an original, clear photograph when the design is created from an image.
- Order information is prepared for production. The product requirements and customer-submitted details are used to prepare the made-to-order item. If essential information is unclear or missing, customer support may need to request clarification.
- The item is produced using the method required for that product. Depending on the listing, this may include ceramic work, tufting, embroidery, engraving, printing, assembly, or another specialized process.
- The order is checked and prepared for shipment. Custom details and visible product requirements are reviewed as part of order preparation. Tracking is provided when available for the selected delivery service.
How customer photos and text are handled
Customer-submitted photographs, names, dates, messages, and design instructions are used to prepare and support the related order. Customers should only upload images they are authorized to use and should avoid including unrelated personal information. Production and quality checks
Customization accuracy begins with the information supplied at checkout. Before ordering, customers should verify spelling, dates, image quality, selected size, color, quantity, and variation. Product pages explain the available options and any item-specific requirements. Finished products may show normal handmade or material variation—for example, natural wood grain, ceramic form, yarn texture, or the translation of a photograph into a crafted medium.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the submitted order details, contact us with the order number and clear photographs within the timeframe described in the Return and Refund Policy.
Why production times vary
Production time depends on material, complexity, number of custom subjects, size, number of variations, image preparation, and whether the piece requires hand shaping, embroidery, engraving, tufting, printing, curing, or assembly. A small printed keepsake may be prepared faster than a multi-pet ceramic sculpture or large custom rug.
