BOYOGO creates personalized gifts that are meaningful, easy to order, and made with care. Please review the instructions below before placing your order.

1. Enter your custom text carefully

Names, dates, initials, short messages, and engraving text will be made exactly as entered. Please check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and date format before adding the product to cart.

2. Upload clear reference photos

For photo-customized products, upload a clear original image. High-resolution photos with good lighting work best. Blurry, dark, cropped, or heavily filtered photos may affect the final result.

3. Review option charts in product images

Some products include color charts, charm charts, lace styles, engraving design options, or accessory tables. Please enter the option number or name shown in the product images.

4. Wedding handfasting cords

For handfasting cords, please review the cord color, lace style, charm type, charm color, engraving design, and engraving text fields. If you have a special ceremony request, add it in the notes field.

5. Personalized wedding hangers

For custom hangers, please check the hanger color, wire color, bow or flower option, and the exact custom wire name. Short names usually look cleaner and more elegant.

6. Custom rugs and photo gifts

For custom rugs and photo-based products, make sure the photo or design reference is clear. If your request includes a specific size, color, or placement, include those details in the personalization box.

7. Production starts after details are confirmed

Once your order and personalization details are received, we begin preparing the item. If we need clarification, we will contact you by email. Delayed replies may delay production.

8. Final reminder

Please review every option before checkout. Personalized items are made for your order only, so incorrect information entered by the customer may not be eligible for free remake or refund.
