Shipping Policy

BOYOGO ships personalized gifts, wedding keepsakes, custom rugs, wooden gifts, and other made-to-order items to customers in the United States, Europe, Australia, and other available regions.

Processing time

Most personalized gifts are prepared within 3 to 7 business days. More detailed handmade products, custom rugs, wedding ceremony items, or products that require special materials may need 7 to 15 business days or longer before shipment.

Shipping time

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Delivery speed depends on the destination country, carrier service, customs clearance, weather, and peak season volume. Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Free shipping and promotions

BOYOGO may offer free shipping promotions, including free shipping on eligible orders over $59 where available. Final eligibility is calculated at checkout.

Separate packages

If your order includes items made by different production teams or POD partners, they may be shipped separately. This is normal and does not mean any item is missing.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. BOYOGO is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes may be charged by your country or region. These fees are the customer's responsibility unless they are clearly collected at checkout.

Oversized or heavy items

Large custom rugs, oversized decor, or heavier handmade items may require special shipping arrangements. If extra confirmation is needed, we will contact you before shipment.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, contact us at support@boyogo.com. We will help check with the carrier and provide the next available solution.
