Refund policy
Because most BOYOGO products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@boyogo.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, remake, or refund depending on the situation.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you need to change order details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
