<p>Most BOYOGO products are personalized and made only after your order is placed. This allows us to create each item with your selected names, dates, photos, colors, or custom details.</p>
<h3>Can I change my personalization details after ordering?</h3>
<p>Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to help update your details. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.</p>
<h3>Can I cancel my order?</h3>
<p>Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Because personalized products are made specifically for you, we cannot guarantee cancellation after your order has entered production.</p>
<h3>What photo should I upload?</h3>
<p>For photo-based products, please upload a clear, high-resolution image with good lighting. Make sure the face or main subject is fully visible. Avoid blurry, dark, filtered, or cropped photos.</p>
<h3>Do you send a preview before production?</h3>
<p>Some products may include a preview option, depending on the design and customization method. If a preview is important to you, please contact us before placing your order.</p>
<h3>Do you ship internationally?</h3>
<p>Yes. BOYOGO ships to the United States, Europe, Australia, and selected international regions. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times may vary by product and destination.</p>

<p>Some items are made by our own production team, while others are produced by trusted POD partners. Production time depends on the product type, customization complexity, and order volume.</p>
