<p>Because most BOYOGO products are personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.</p>

<h3>Non-Returnable Items</h3>
<p>Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to:</p>

  <li>Customer changed their mind</li>
  <li>Incorrect name, date, photo, or custom text provided by the customer</li>
  <li>Wrong size, color, or option selected by the customer</li>
  <li>Low-quality photo uploaded by the customer</li>
  <li>Minor color differences caused by screen display settings</li>
  <li>Delivery delays outside our control</li>
</ul>

<h3>Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items</h3>
<p>If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Your order number</li>
  <li>Clear photos of the issue</li>
  <li>A photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged</li>
  <li>A brief description of the problem</li>
</ul>

<p>After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.</p>

<h3>Order Changes and Cancellations</h3>
<p>Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If production has already started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.</p>

<h3>Refund Processing</h3>
<p>Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.</p>
